I've only done 4 classes so far, but I thought I'd share a little success story. Before I started doing the online classes I woke up every morning with back ache. Since starting I've not had any back ache at all! It's amazing! Really enjoying the classes thanks Laura

I have been loving my weekly DDP Yoga with Laura. Great for flexibility and balance and enough of a challenge to make me feel like I've had a workout by the end of each session!
