A 30 minute session to wake up your team and prepare them for the working day. Working towards improving strength, balance and flexibility.
The Lunch Break Recharge
A 30 minute energising session to get your team connecting while moving and stretching their entire body. The perfect way to break up the working day leaving everyone feeling recharged
The Meeting Revive
A short 15 minute stretching session which can be done at your desk to break up long meetings and help the productivity flow.
The Wellness Workout
A 50 minute session stretching and strengthening the full body. This session is perfect as an activity for planned wellness days and for team building.
