1-1 DDP Yoga sessions
DDP Yoga is all about creating a workout that is accessible for everybody and sometimes you need a workout that is created for your specific needs. This could be a standing workout, a workout incorporating standing and chair exercises or perhaps a chair only workout. Whatever your level or ability there will be a workout that can be created to help you start where you are and begin to build up your strength, flexibility and cardio fitness to give you the mobility you need and deserve to do the things you love in life.
During these sessions I will work closely with you to discuss your needs and goals and together we will create a program to help you get on track towards your health and fitness goals.
