Hi and welcome to Energise with Laura!
I am Laura and I created Energise with Laura to motivate, inspire and support others on their wellness journeys by sharing the training and nutrition that worked towards energising my own life!
I have been practising DDP Yoga and mindfulness alongside a plant based diet and lifestyle for 4 years and the benefits and changes I have seen in my own body both physically and mentally as a result of these changes has been incredible.
So our mission at Energise with Laura is to bring out that inner and outer strength within you using DDP yoga teaching methods. We provide a workout which is for EVERYONE and ALL FITNESS LEVELS this workout will improve your strength, flexibility, cardio fitness and overall health and wellbeing. We will teach you how to modify each exercise to suit your ability throughout the workouts and you will be taught how to get the maximum results from your efforts using a heart rate monitor. Classes can be taught in a group, 1-1 or you can book private group sessions.
